Our Vision

We pray that the British Isles will be restored to the Eastern Orthodox Christian Faith. For that to happen, each individual has to engage in a personal pursuit to understand God through the grace of the Orthodox Church.

To facilitate this pursuit, we are providing an exhaustive list of all Eastern Orthodox parishes in the British Isles and their exact location, with links included to find their respective service times and community pages. To achieve this we have built a clear and user friendly church directory map.

Beyond locating all nearby parishes and services, we dream that all parishes will establish collaborative networks between one another to strengthen and unite the Eastern Orthodox Christian community within the British Isles. For our part, we intend to assist by organising and co-organising regional inter-parish events such as: Community Pilgrimages, Soup Kitchens, Hikes, BBQs, Litterpicks, Bike-rides, Cold-water Swims and Social Evenings, etc…

Finally, we hope that the usage of our website will encourage all Eastern Orthodox parishes to create visible online resources which illuminate parish activities to the public.
